When I say lightly, all I mean is that I meticulously removed the original matte black finish to achieve a more clean polished movie accurate look with no pitting. I spent hours removing the finish, carefully layer upon layer to prevent potential damage to the prop. I was successful (See Photos). The blaster was displayed and has been handled with great care, everything is snug in place and not loose. NOTE: The final photo is just a reference photo to show you how it first looked with the original matte black finish, it no longer has that finish.
